Project Overview
The Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Complex (CNATT) at Camp Pendleton supports Huey and Cobra helicopter operations and maintenance with a four-story instructional and administrative facility, an adjoining hangar bay, and a three-level parking structure. Designed to accommodate up to 400 students, 100 instructors, and commanding officers, the complex includes classrooms, resource centers, administrative offices, lounges, an auditorium, and a large entry plaza. ELEN Consulting provided electrical, emergency generator, telecommunications, photovoltaic (PV), and LEED assistance services, ensuring the training complex is equipped with reliable power distribution, resilient backup systems, and advanced communications infrastructure. Our team also delivered energy-efficient lighting, daylight harvesting strategies, and renewable power integration that contributed to the project achieving LEED Gold certification, enhancing both sustainability and operational readiness.
